XML Feed Implementation

Implementing the adMarketplace Platform XML feed is simple.

When visitors on your web properties express an interest in a particular subject or keyword phrase, you can pass that interest to adMarketplace in the form of a Query to our XML Feed. We will respond to your query with a list of advertisements targeted to that category or keyword.

You can display adMarketplace ads on your web property next to your standard content in the ad unit size of your choosing, and receive payment if the visitor expresses interest in the advertisement through a valid click.

Publisher revenue yields increase in proportion to the amount of information they provide us in the Query.

The following information is required in each query:
  • The keyword the user is searching for or interested in
  • The users IP address.
To maximize your revenue yield, include the following information with each Query:
  • The visitor's user agent
  • The referring url of your web property
  • A cookie-based unique identifier for the visitor
  • An identifier representing the section of your inventory the visitor came from

The adMarketplace Platform employs proprietary and third party suspicious click detection measures. Our ClickWatch technology monitors suspicious activity and continuously blacklists traffic sources and user IP addresses. adMarketplace Platform reporting is real-time and transparent as to valid and invalid clicks so that Platform Publishers can learn about the quality of their traffic sources.
