Jamie W. Hill

  

Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Jamie's primary duties as Chairman and CEO include setting the overall strategy, direction, and vision for adMarketplace. Prior to founding the company in March 2000, he was an executive at CBS Broadcasting. Before joining CBS, Jamie worked at Telerep and was responsible for developing marketing strategies for Fortune 500 advertisers. Jamie is a proud University of Southern California Trojan.

Michael E. Yudin

  

Chief Technology Officer
Mike joined adMarketplace in October 2007 from SmartyAds, a pay-per-click advertising company, where he was the CEO. Mike has 14 years of engineering experience and has led product development teams at AOL and Ubique, an emerging technology company. Mike received a Masters in Computer Science from the Weizmann Institute in Rehovot, Israel, and is an expert on information theory, data retrieval, cryptography and related algorithms.

Niall Murphy

  

Vice President of Finance
Niall leads the Finance and Administration teams for adMarketplace. He joined the company in March 2008 after serving as a finance executive at VisitBritain, where he led the setup and launch of its US online sales department. Niall started at adMarketplace as Director of Finance, developing and implementing the policies and procedures used by the accounting and human resources departments, before being promoted to Vice President of Finance. Niall moved to New York after earning a 1st in his BBS Management Degree from IT, Tallaght in Dublin, Ireland.

Sarah L. O'Connor

  

Vice President of Platform Optimization
Sarah oversees adMarketplace ad operations, platform operations and optimization teams. Sarah joined adMarketplace in January 2010 as an analyst, developing the company's proprietary scoring algorithm (AMPscore) to determine the quality of sources. Since then, she has been promoted to Director of Ad Operations and is now adMarketplace's Vice President of Platform Optimization. Sarah graduated from the University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada with a BMath, majoring in Statistics, Computer Science, Combinatorics and Optimization. Prior to adMarketplace Sarah was a Technical Implementation Manager at Knoa Software, aiding users with end-user monitoring software for SAP and Siebel. Sarah resides in Astoria with her fiancé and her pet pit bull, Oscar.

Adam J. Epstein

  

President & Chief Operating Officer
Adam joined adMarketplace in November 2003 and became President & COO in June 2006. He is responsible for managing day-to-day business operations. Prior to joining adMarketplace, Adam launched Fancast.com. Before becoming an Internet entrepreneur, Adam clerked for a US District Court judge and was an attorney at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP in New York. Adam graduated from Columbia University and the University of Michigan Law School.

Andries de Villiers

  

Vice President of Revenue
Andries leads adMarketplace’s Advertising Sales and Business Development teams. He joined the company in 2008 after serving as a Fixed Income Analyst at Bloomberg, LLP, where he specialized in CDS Basis Swaps. He started at adMarketplace as Sales Director and built the New York based sales team. Andries graduated with a degree in Finance from the Calloway School of Business at Wake Forest University.

Chris Osborn

  

Vice President of Engineering
Chris is responsible for the adMarketplace platform architecture and execution. Chris has been a technologist since the early days of the internet: at start-ups such as BBN, one of the first internet companies, Sandpiper, the first content delivery network (CDN), and large multi-nationals like SAVVIS, Charles Schwab Capital Markets and UBS. He comes to adMarketplace from OZ Information Technologies, where he was the Chief Executive Manager. Prior to that, he managed east coast sales engineering for Cotendo/Akamai.
