
Adam J. Epstein is the Co-CEO and President of adMarketplace, the search advertising company that helps consumers discover relevant brands and products across the open web.
Adam joined adMarketplace more than two decades ago as part-time General Counsel and has since partnered with Founder and Co-CEO Jamie Hill to build the largest marketplace for search advertising outside of traditional search engines.
He brings extensive experience in both search advertising and federal litigation. Prior to joining adMarketplace, Adam worked in the litigation department at Schulte Roth & Zabel and served as a law clerk to the Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan.
Adam graduated from Columbia University and the University of Michigan Law School. His combination of legal expertise and entrepreneurial leadership positions him as a respected authority on search advertising and digital competition. He also attended closing arguments in the Google Search antitrust trial in Washington, D.C., offering him firsthand perspective on one of the industry’s most significant legal cases.
Adam lives in New Jersey with his wife and four teenage children.
