Rachel has served in marketing leadership roles at Verizon, HP and American Express, overseeing holistic communications planning, demand generation, marketing activation and measurement across the portfolio of businesses (Consumer, B2B, Sponsorships and International). She's obsessed with the “never-been-done “and is perpetually in search of the next big idea or partnership at the intersection of brand and commercial marketing.

Most recently at Verizon, Rachel led 5G and Visible product launches, key tentpole initiatives such as Superbowl, FIFA & Oscars and drove innovative first-time marketing programs such as the NYT 5G Journalism Lab partnership, the first Black O&O media summit and "Find the 8" – the first ever AR scavenger hunt on Snapchat for iPhone 8.

Prior to Verizon, attracted to the challenge of a corporate turnaround, she  joined Hewlett Packard to help establish a media communications COE, improving the marketing effectiveness and reducing campaign fragmentation globally. Rachel’s previous role at American Express was to steward thought leadership and innovation, evolving and optimizing strategies to drive business, and the brand, forward. Notable projects included Small Business Saturday launch and overseeing several multimedia consumer engagement programs with major digital, experiential and content extension components.

Rachel’s start in marketing was on the agency side working across technology, spirits, packaged goods and financial services accounts at Mindshare and ZenithOptimedia.

Her aspiration in life is to continually incorporate her personal passions into all of her endeavors; as an advocate of paying it forward, firm believer in education and mentorship and high regard for global consciousness and celebration of diversity.

Rachel graduated from Boston University with a focus in Business, Marketing and Communications. To pursue a childhood dream of going to art school, Rachel also completed a certificate in graphic design at Parsons School of Design.
