Aarohi Abhyankar is a Marketing Analyst here at adMarketplace. Her role involves using quantitative methods for data-driven storytelling that support sales and marketing initiatives. She also helps with content creation for our website and social media channels. We checked in with her about her experience at adMarketplace. Here’s what she has to say:

1. How is life at adMarketplace?

As a recent NYU graduate, I could not have asked for a better opportunity. I started working here as an intern and eventually transitioned to my current position. During this time, resources to ensure my well-being, both physical and mental, were always readily available. Here, I have the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the best minds in the industry. adMarketplace is a company where hard and smart work is always recognized and aptly rewarded. I feel seen, heard, and appreciated.

2. What is your favorite thing about coming to work?

Returning to the office has been a big part of my progress at adMarketplace. My favorite thing is the ability to collaborate with team members (from a safe distance). I really missed our office camaraderie and love a good whiteboard brainstorming session. Also, it’s great to have a dedicated workspace, away from distractions at home. I have my work-life balance back!

3. What advice would you give to a new employee?

Take advantage of the open-door policy at adMarketplace. An open dialogue with my manager has helped shape my trajectory and will help shape yours too.

4. What’s your go-to snack from the office kitchen?

Over the summer, I started my day with a High Brew can. Lately, I look forward to our individually catered lunches from Seamless!Want to join the adMarketplace team?
